May I sell my shares that were included in the Company’s S-1 registration statement declared effective by the SEC on March 31, 2008?
Yes, these shares may be sold. Your original share certificate bears a restrictive legend under the Securities Act of 1933 and is considered to be a "restricted" security. Should you desire to sell your shares, the restrictive legend must be removed from your share certificate.
Only Computershare, our transfer agent, may remove the restrictive legend. Please note these important conditions:

For the nine months following the effective date of 3/31/2008, the legend can only be removed at the time you plan to sell the shares. This is so that Computershare can verify that the registration is in effect at the time of sale. To complete the process, Computershare will require the confirmation of sale letter from your broker before it can issue the new shares.

Beginning after 12/31/2008, under SEC Rule 144, legends can be removed from these shares without a sale.
